Eva Longoria learns to Pole Dance

Eva Longoria is learning to pole dance for a history of 'Desperate Housewives'.

The actress has been practiced for scenes sexy Gabrielle Solis in the series his character to come eighth in the series on the S-Factor gym in Los Angeles.

A friend of mine said HollywoodLife.com: "Eve is to take one-on-one sessions Factor S.

"He is always busy, because her character has some pole dancing, striptease scenes from" Desperate Housewives "this season."

A gym, take care of Sheila Kelly specializes in pole dancing lessons training, and has long been a favorite actress Eva, Teri Hatcher.

Eva, 36, is no stranger to the stripper pole, however, and said in 2009, was one with his former "Baywatch" star Carmen Electra friend, but admitted he was out of practice.

He explained: "Carmen Electra, stripper poles that sells these.

"She sent me a Valentine's Day and told me to have fun.

"So I created you, and must be installed in any ceiling.

"I managed to swing and" Whack! "I fell on the floor, so I never really good at it. "

"Desperate Housewives" returns Sept. 25 on the screens in the United States.

Eva Longoria's lesbian scene with Kate del

Desperate Housewife' star Eva Longoria will be seen in a 'sensual' lesbian love scene with her-co-star Kate del Castillo in her forthcoming movie, 'Without Men.' 

In the film, which is an adaptation of the novel Tales of the Town of Widows by James Canon, the 36-year-old actress plays a lady in charge of a Latin American village after it loses all of its men.

After the male occupants are forcibly recruited by a group of guerrilla revolutionaries, the ladies are forced to take on traditional male roles.

This leads to a steamy love scene between Longoria and Castillo, which the film's director describes as 'sensual.'It was a little difficult as the two girls are both straight so they were very nervous and laughed a lot," the Daily Mail quoted director, Gabriela Tagliavini, as telling Fox News.

"But I think that just made it even lovelier. [Female audiences] don't want to watch porn, so it was all very sensual, both are very beautiful women aside from being incredibly funny.

"Eva is more sexy here than in 'Desperate Housewives'. She was a total trooper and she just went for it, it all looked very real," she added.

Eva Longoria gave onlookers an eyeful yesterday as she stepped out onto a very crowded public beach in a white bikini and a see-through vest. 

Currently in Marbella, Spain, on holiday with her boyfriend Eduardo Cruz, the 36-year-old Deperate Housewives actress showed off her perfectly rounded and toned derrière in the extremely skimpy bikini bottoms.

The brunette beauty looked extremely comfortable the two-piece swim suit as she made her way  through the sand and waves.

Being careful not too get her matching white designer handbags wet, Eva held her luxury leather goods up high in the air as she disembarked a small boat which had taken her, Eduardo and some of their friends back to dry land. 

The couple had been spending a lazy day on a large yacht with another couple as they continued to live the high life in the coastal Spanish town . 

Eduardo stayed close to his gorgeous girlfriend, putting his hand on Eva's leg as they sped back to shore.

The couple also held hands as they walked across the warm sand

After quietly dating the Spanish singer for several months, their latest trip it a sign that Eva is taking her relationship with Penelope Cruz's little brother to the next level.

The pair have been enjoying a tour of the Spaniard's home country, and are currently moored outside Marbella enjoying the fabulous weather.

Earlier in the day Longoria and her man, who is a singer, could be seen enjoying the sun on deck.

Later she covered up as the couple joined friends to head for lunch in Puerto Banus.

They were relaxing after a visit to Madrid, where Longoria received a seal of approval from Eduardo's big sister.

Penelope and her Oscar-winning husband, Javier Bardem, have recently become new parents, but made sure set time aside to share a double-date with Eva and Eduardo during their stay.

The foursome reportedly hit it off well, and drank mojitos into the early hours.

They invited her brother and his Desperate Housewives girlfriend to her incredible villa in San Augustine Valdelagua Guadalix to better get to know the woman who may one day be her sister-in-law.

Longoria split from her NBA star husband, Tony Parker, several months ago, their divorce was final in late January,  and Cruz was spotted at her Los Angeles home in December.

Her friends credit her with helping her get back to her best.

'During the past few weeks, Eva seems to have come alive again,' a close friend told PopEater. 'She is usually fun, flirty and a blast to be around. That side of her came back after a few months of distress over rumours of Tony cheating.'

Late last year, Longoria learned of her husband's 'sexting' relationship with mutual friend Erin Barry, who was divorcing Brent Barry, Parker's San Antonio Spurs teammate. 

Although both Barry and Parker denied having an affair, neither addressed the significance of the many text messages between them.

Although reps for Longoria initially denied that she is in a relationship with Cruz, the actress was seen with the Spanish singer as early as October while leaving her Los Angeles restaurant Beso. 

Then, he was spotted outside her home on Christmas Eve.

Trips to Mexico and Miami followed before this Spanish tour.
